• Integration with e-commerce platforms
• Checkout optimization
• Push notification infrastructure
• Performance analytics tools

We provide infrastructure and technology. Merchants remain responsible for their products, operations, and customer relationships.

3. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal authority to enter into binding agreements
• Provide accurate and complete information

Use of the services in violation of applicable laws is strictly prohibited.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, merchants must create an account.

You agree to:

• Maintain accurate account information
• Keep credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account

Nextfy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Service Scope & Modifications

Platform updates may be required to maintain compatibility with Apple App Store and Google Play requirements.

6. Fees & Payment

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

Merchants are solely responsible for:

• Inventory
• Customer support
• Compliance with consumer protection laws
• Data protection obligations as Data Controller

Nextfy is not responsible for merchant content, products, or disputes between merchants and their customers.

8. App Store & Platform Compliance

Mobile apps created using Nextfy must comply with:

• Apple App Store guidelines
• Google Play policies
• Local and international laws

Approval, suspension, or removal by Apple or Google is outside of Nextfy’s control.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Nextfy Property

All software, code, infrastructure, branding, and proprietary systems belong exclusively to Nextfy.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer
• Copy
• Modify
• Resell
• Distribute proprietary components

9.2 Merchant Content

Merchants retain ownership of their trademarks, logos, product descriptions, and content provided to Nextfy.

By using the service, merchants grant Nextfy a limited license to use such content solely for service delivery.

10. Data Protection

Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

When processing customer data:

• Merchants act as Data Controllers
• Nextfy acts as Data Processor

Each party agrees to comply with:

• GDPR (EU)
• CCPA/CPRA (California)
• Other applicable privacy laws

Data processing agreements may apply where required.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nextfy services to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Sell prohibited or illegal products
• Distribute harmful content
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Attempt to compromise system security

Violation may result in immediate termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the applicable service agreement.

For EU users, mandatory consumer protections under local law remain unaffected.
