Nextfy provides a platform that transforms your online store into native iOS and Android applications. Our service includes app development, publishing support, push notifications, analytics, and related services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.
The Nextfy platform and all related technology are the property of Nextfy. You retain all rights to your store content and data. By using our service, you grant us a license to use your content solely for providing the service.
You may not use Nextfy to: (a) violate any laws or regulations, (b) infringe on intellectual property rights, (c) transmit harmful or malicious code, (d) engage in fraudulent activities, or (e) interfere with the service's operation.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and your app will remain live until the end of your billing period.
Nextfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
